Early Life and Education:
· Born in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, and raised in Fort Worth, Texas.
· Attended the University of North Texas for one year before joining the Marine Corps.
Marine Corps Service (1998-2003):
· Proudly served as a Sergeant (E-5), qualifying as a Facility Watch Officer in both tower and radar at Camp Pendleton.
· Meritoriously promoted to every rank, with 40 leadership awards, including 3 Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals and one Navy Commendation Medal.
NATCA Leadership and Achievements:
· Addison Tower: Initiated into NATCA as an Air Traffic Controller in 2003.
o Served as Local Vice President
· Fort Worth Center: Held various critical positions, including Training Rep, Airspace Rep, Secretary, Vice President, and President, contributing to significant developments such as:
o The successful implementation of 77 new air traffic procedures simultaneously during his tenure as an airspace representative.
o Innovations in training methods as a Training Rep.
o Achieving a 99% member retention rate as President and introduced awards to recognize retired NATCA members.
· NATCA Southwest Region: Served as Alternate Regional Vice President before assuming the current role of Regional Vice President. Being able to share his collective experiences, ideas and teachings to other facilities in the region has impassioned him with the role as RVP.
· Awards: Notably awarded Fort Worth Center Newcomer of the Year (2008), Member of the Year (back-to-back 2010 & 2011), and the distinguished NATCA Timmy Award (2021).
Personal Life:
· Proud single father of two - a son born in July 2005, and a daughter born in January 2018.
· Avid mountain biker, enjoying the great outdoors to clear his mind and embrace the physical and mental challenges of such a complex sport.
· Resides in the Fort Worth area, deeply rooted in the community since childhood.

· Running for NATCA President alongside Jamaal, with a vision to transform the union into a more member-centric organization.
· Aims to energize and engage the union membership actively, emphasizing the importance of each member's voice and rights.
· Committed to fostering an organizational structure that is member driven, placing the members as the union's greatest asset and communication as the cornerstone to achieving new heights.
· Believes in empowering leaders to make decisions and ensures we provide those with a vision with the proper support and expectations.
